Jayaphruekpirom Journal ISSN 2985-217X (Online) publishes academic works in the fields of humanities and social sciences, covering the fields of general social sciences, general arts and humanities, political science and public administration, language and literature, and education, and/or related to humanities and social sciences. It is a medium for exchanging knowledge in the fields of humanities and social sciences for lecturers, experts, graduate students, and scholars, both inside and outside the university. It continuously develops and promotes academic works and enables the application of knowledge to practical work that benefits society as a whole.
Jayaphruekpirom Journal is accepting Thai and English articles for publication (for manuscripts that have passed the initial editorial review for correctness of the printing format from April 18, 2025 onwards).
Jayaphruekpirom Journal has the qualifications as specified in the documents to the Office of the Higher Education Commission's announcement on the criteria and methods for considering the appointment of persons to the positions of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor, B.E. 2564, and the Office of the Higher Education Commission's announcement on the criteria and methods for considering the appointment of persons to the positions of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor (No. 3), B.E. 2568, which can be used as a journal for publishing academic works, (For original articles that have been pre-checked for correctness by the editorial team from 27 November 2025 onwards)
Jayaphruekpirom Journal has the qualifications according to the criteria and methods for evaluating the positions and academic status of teachers and educational personnel, which can be used as a journal for publishing academic works, which is in accordance with Category 4, criteria and methods for teachers and educational personnel in the teacher position to be promoted to the expert teacher status and the special expert teacher status (Office of the Teachers' Council of Thailand letter no. Sor Thor. 0206.3/W 9 dated May 20, 2021)
Jayaphruekpirom Journal has the qualifications according to the criteria on General Standards for the Assessment of Positions and Academic Status of Civil Servants or Teachers and Educational Personnel of Local Administrative Organizations (Issue 3) 2025, which can be used as a journal for publishing academic works, Section 7, Area 3, Academic Works, for requesting promotion to the expert teacher status and the special expert teacher status.
Article Consideration
1. Articles published in the Chaipruk Phirom Journal must be new articles within the scope of the fields of General Social Sciences, General Arts and Humanities, Political Science and Public Administration, Language and Literature, and Education, and/or related to these humanities and social sciences.
2. Articles must not have been published in any other journals before and are not under consideration by other journals.
3. All articles must undergo a double-blind peer review process by at least two experts in the relevant field, selected from both within and outside Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. Under this process, the reviewers' identities are concealed from the authors, and vice versa. (This requirement applies to manuscript submissions that have cleared the editorial board's preliminary formatting check from July 8, 2026, onwards.)
4. Published articles are the thoughts of the authors only. And the author must be responsible for any legal consequences that may arise from that article.
5. There are 3 types of published articles as follows:
5.1 Research Article is an article that presents the results of a study or research systematically, including the research objectives, the research framework, the research methodology, the research results, the discussion of the results, and the recommendations.
5.2 Academic Article is an article that presents general knowledge written from synthesis, along with the author's comments that are useful to the readers, including the introduction, the content, and the conclusion.
5.3 Review Article is an article that reviews a book and presents the author's comments that are useful to the readers, including the book cover, the bibliographic information of the book, the content, and suggestions for book selection.
Jayaphruekpirom Journal has determined the duplication of articles using the CopyCatch program from the Thaijo website as follows:
- For research articles The redundancy must not exceed 20%
- For academic articles, the redundancy must not exceed 20%
- For review articles, the redundancy must not exceed 20%

In order to be standard, the editorial board of Jayaphruekpirom Journal will inform the authors of the redundancy of the article after the initial format check by the editorial board.
Fee for publishing articles in Jayaphruekpirom Journal
Jayaphruekpirom Journal charges only a standard publication fee; no fast-track publication option is available. The publication fee will be collected only after the manuscript is accepted—meaning it has been evaluated by at least two peer reviewers and formally approved for publication by the editorial board. Authors are requested to make the payment only after receiving a formal payment notification from the editorial team. Upon completion of the payment, the editorial board will issue an official acceptance letter and a receipt to the authors.
In the event that a manuscript is rejected because at least two peer reviewers deem it unsuitable for publication in the Jayaphruekpirom Journal, the editorial board will not charge the authors any fees.
Jayaphruekpirom Journal will implement publication fees Announcement of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University No. 2124/2026 Re: Rates of Publication Fees and Journal Production Costs for Chaiyaphruk Phirom Journal, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, Dated April 22, 2026 (applicable to manuscripts that have passed the editorial board's preliminary formatting check from May 5, 2026, onwards). The details of the publication fees are as follows:
- Articles by students, lecturers and staff who are studying/working at Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, 3,000 baht (three thousand baht flat) per article
- Articles by students, lecturers, staff and general public who are not studying/working at Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, 4,000 baht (four thousand baht flat) per article
For accepted manuscripts—which have successfully passed peer review by at least two reviewers, have the publication fee fully settled by the author, and have received formal acceptance for publication from the editorial board—an electronic letter of acceptance will be issued to the author online. However, if the author requests a physical hard copy to be delivered by post to their designated address, an additional postal and handling fee of 100 THB (one hundred Thai Baht) per article will be charged. Publishing schedule of Jayaphruekpirom Journal
Effective January 1, 2026, the journal will publish three issues per year, with 10-25 articles per issue, as follows:
