A Study The Skill School Administrators in Basic Education Under Sribunruang District, Nongbualamphu Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research are (1) to study the administrative skills of administrators of basic educational institutions, Si Bunruang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province, and (2) to compare the administrative skills of administrators of basic educational institutions, Si Bunruang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province, classified by educational background, operating experience and the size of the educational institution. The sample group includes educational institution administrators and teachers in basic educational institutions Si Bunruang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province, a total of 273 people were randomly sampled using a stratified random sampling method using the size of educational institutions as strata to divide the sample. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a consistency index of 1.00 and a reliability of 0.98. Data were analyzed using a ready-made program and the statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test, if differences were found, multiple comparisons were made using the Scheffe's Method. The results of the study found that administrative skills of administrators of basic educational institutions Si Bunruang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province, as a whole is at a high level. Results of comparing the administrative skills of administrators of basic educational institutions. Si Bunruang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province found that administrators of basic educational institutions had different educational qualifications, work experience, and sizes of educational institutions. There are different overall and individual opinions.
