On the Governance Dilemma of Artificial Intelligence in the Process of Globalization

Abstract

In the process of globalization, the information industry revolution has brought a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to the development of mankind, but it has also brought governance dilemma to globalization. 2017 will be an important milestone in the history of artificial intelligence, with scientists predicting a "singularity" in the middle of the 21st century and a "Homo sapiens society" by the end of the century. In this context, how should human global governance be faced? What is the destiny of mankind? People could abandon the weakness of human nature. In this article, the author combed the concept of global governance view origin, in different development phases, and the future of "homo sapiens society" when comparing to the concept of global governance, and from East to the Western theory of human nature as the angle of comparative study within the category of political philosophy. The author concluded that in the East group standard under the guidance of cultural gene of human destiny community in order to get rid of the dilemma of global governance and response "brings the new challenges of homo sapiens society".
