Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present Management of learning resources Encouragement on technology-based learning. Technology-based learning is a form of learning in which educators effectively use technology to help students learn various knowledge content. very well Collaboration between teachers and technology-based learning resources will increase the potential of teachers or institutions in providing comprehensive and modern education. However, the management of learning resources in terms of personnel Materials, equipment, locations, and information networks are of quality. It will help promote and support learning management to be more effective.
