บทคัดย่อ
การประเมินโครงการค่ายพัฒนาอัจฉริยภาพผู้เรียนด้านคณิตศาสตร์สู่ความเป็นเลิศ โรงเรียนโยธินบำรุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เป็นการวิจัยเชิงประเมินผล มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ประเมินคุณค่าภายใน 2) ประเมินความก้าวหน้า 3) ประเมินผลสรุปรวม และ 4) ประเมินผลสำเร็จผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร คณะกรรมการดำเนินงาน และนักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมค่าย รวมจำนวน 89 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในระยะก่อนดำเนินโครงการ ระหว่างดำเนินโครงการ และหลังเสร็จสิ้นโครงการ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ด้านการประเมินคุณค่าภายในอยู่ในระดับมาก (=3.99) โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือด้านเป้าหมาย/ตัวชี้วัดของโครงการ และค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลโครงการ 2) ด้านการประเมินความก้าวหน้าอยู่ในระดับมาก (
=4.45) โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ คุณภาพด้านบุคลากรและงบประมาณและค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ คุณภาพด้านความรู้ ทักษะ และคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ 3) ด้านการประเมินผลสรุปอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (
=3.32) โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวางแผนโครงการ และค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการติดตามผลโครงการ 4) ด้านการประเมินผลสำเร็จอยู่ในระดับมาก (
=4.15) โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน และค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดกิจกรรมค่าย ผลจากการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพเพื่อประเมินผลสำเร็จ พบว่า ผู้เรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์และศักยภาพทางคณิตศาสตร์สูงขึ้น พัฒนาทักษะการคิด การทำงานร่วมกัน และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ได้ แสดงให้เห็นว่าโครงการมีประสิทธิภาพ และส่งเสริมศักยภาพผู้เรียนอย่างยั่งยืน
