The cooperation to develop manpower in the Thai-Chinese Rail Transport System is another example of the success of "Thai-Chinese Vocational Cooperation" in Thailand 4.0 era. With clear development goals in response to national policy, there is a concrete collaboration mechanism that results in its achievement. This article presents a project on manpower development of the Thai - Chinese rail transport system. The project is realized between Banphai Industrial and Community Education College, Thailand, and Wuhan Railway Vocational College of Technology, People's Republic of China, which is one of the successful projects in the production of manpower in the rail transport system (high speed train) for Thailand. In the project, both institutions cooperate between each other in terms of student training, the creation of a standardized curriculum for teaching and learning, teachers’ development, establishment of the center for innovation and technology in high-speed rail, etc. All of these will lead to a sustainable development of the rail transportation system in Thailand in the future.
