Abstract
Labor welfare is an important thing that is necessary for the quality of life in working life of people working for the desire to make their work progress, be efficient and produce results for the organization. Society and family as whole. People who develop themselves all the time will be ready for competition and will be people who are ready to deal with changes all the time. Agencies or organizations with these personnel will also progress and working in government agencies. State enterprises or private sectors are aware of adjusting work processes or methods to make work efficient and effective. Strategies for creating success in work or techniques for developing work efficiency. Including how to work happily all organizations have the same opinion that for an organization to progress or develop into excellence. One important thing is that the workers are of quality and can work to the highest efficiency as for the quality of work life. It can be said that work is life. Life is work. If work is good. Life will be good too. If work is missing. Life is missing therefore work is the key that leads to happiness. Encouragement. Hope and energy to work effectively in the organization. When the organization is efficient. The organization will survive grow and progress and there will be sustainability in organizational development.
