Abstract
Research on the efficiency of registration management and measurement Pa Phayom Pittayakhom School The objectives are 1) to study situations and obstacles, 2) to compare, and 3) to study Satisfied. The sample group consisted of 100 students, parents, and the general public using the random selection method. The tools used were an interview form and a questionnaire on the efficiency of registration management and measurement. and satisfaction questionnaire Statistics used in the analysis include content analysis, percentage, and average. Standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA. The research results found that.
1. Results of the study of situations and obstacles in the efficiency of registration and measurement management. Pa Phayom Phitthayakhom Nai School found that 1) service provision The place is cramped, so the service of the staff cannot be provided as well as it should be. and the number of officers is small, so the service is not at full capacity 2) Work process in preparing the certificate It requires personnel to print. May cause errors. As for the technological equipment, it is not up-to-date, causing work to be delayed, and 3) the facilities regarding the location are not as good as they should be. Due to the limited space in the registration and evaluation room, we are unable to provide full convenience.
2. The results of comparing the management of registration and measurement work, classified by gender, age, and status of service recipients, found that 1) service recipients of different genders had no different opinions; 2) service recipients who People of different ages have different opinions with a statistical significance of 0.05. and 3) different statuses of service recipients have different opinions with a statistical significance of 0.05.
3. Those who take over management are overall satisfied at a high level.
