Abstract

The Development of the Professional Learning Community (PLC) Process to Enhance Academic Achievement Using the WITECHEVIS MODEL In Rajaprajanughoh ๘ School. The objectives of this study were: 1) To compare students’ academic achievement before and after implementing the WITECHEVIS MODEL.  2) To compare students’ academic achievement with the target benchmark set by Rajaprajanughoh ๘ School.  3) To study teachers’ satisfaction with the development of the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process.The target group consisted of 15 upper primary school teachers and 299 students. Research instruments included an academic achievement test, academic performance record forms, and a teacher satisfaction survey. Data were collected during the first semester of the academic year 2024. The data were analyzed using percentages,means (equation) and a standard deviation (S.D.). The research findings revealed that:Students’ academic achievement after implementing the model was higher than before, across all three cycles.The average scores in all subjects exceeded 60%. Teachers’ satisfaction with the development of the professional learning community process was at the highest level, with an average score of 4.63.
