Abstract

The objective of this research was to 1) study the level of satisfaction with health insurance of service users in Phanom Rung Municipality; 2) To study the comparison of gender, age, education level, occupation and income of users of universal health insurance services in various aspects in Phanom Rung Municipality. 3) To make policy recommendations for the development and improvement of universal health coverage in Phanom Rung Municipality. A sample of 335 people compared satisfaction with universal health coverage among the elderly in various aspects. In Phanom Rung Municipality, Tapek Subdistrict, Chalermprakiat District, Buriram Province, classified by gender by analyzing the t-test Independent value, setting the statistical value of statistical significance at the level of 0.05, means and standard deviation methods, satisfaction level with universal health coverage among the elderly in Phanom Rung Municipality. Tapek district as a whole is at a high level. When looking at each aspect, it was found that hygiene was at a high level. The implementation of universal health coverage is at a high level, and the treatment and referral aspect of the gold patent is moderate. Recommendations of the elderly on their satisfaction with universal health coverage in Phanom Rung Subdistrict Municipality include that adequate and speedy treatment assistance should be promoted to use the services under the universal health insurance rights of the elderly and take care of their well-being. The elderly are healthier by providing special compensation and benefits to personnel who care for the elderly. Promote welfare for the elderly in various ways that are suitable for the characteristics of the elderly group, such as joining medical and public health groups.
