Using quantitative methods and a questionnaire, data was collected from 357 eligible voters in the municipality, selected through stratified random sampling based on Yamane's formula (1937) with a 95% confidence level and a 0.05 margin of error. Data analysis includes mean, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.</p> <p>Findings indicate that poverty (= 4.22) is the highest factor, followed by the impact of vote-buying (= 3.97), local governance (= 3.87), resources (= 3.79), political culture (= 3.77), forms of vote-buying ( = 3.75), and mechanisms of vote-buying (= 3.73). Correlation analysis shows significant positive relationships between political culture (.739), local governance (.721), resources (.701), poverty (.510), and the mechanisms and forms of vote-buying at the .01 level. The sample population consisted of 382 people in Muang Tai subdistrict, Sisaket province, selected by cluster sampling according to Yamane's formula (1937) with a 95% confidence level and an acceptable error of 0.5. Statistical methods used for data analysis included percentages, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis</p> <p>The research found that the labor group's skill development factor was rated the highest (&nbsp;= 4.16), followed by high potential (&nbsp;= 4.03), appropriate welfare and protection (&nbsp;= 3.96), creation of opportunities, careers, and stable income <br>(&nbsp;= 3.96), and good quality of life (&nbsp;= 3.88). Multiple regression analysis revealed that factors including appropriate welfare (β = .366), stable income (β = .216), and developed skills (β = .155) have an influence on the minimum wage policy needs of the employee labor group. The factors of appropriate welfare (β = .394) and stable income (β = .201) have a multiple correlation coefficient = .504.
