This research aimed to: 1) investigate the problems and needs for instructional supervision to promote active learning management at Bannakhuanlung School Under the Songkhla Primary Educational Area Service Office 2 ; 2) develop a Supervision Model to Enhance Active Learning Management through Participatory Administration Aligned with the Royal philosophy of Bannakhuanlung School Under the Songkhla Primary Educational Area Service Office 2 and 3) implement the supervision Model to Enhance Active Learning Management through Participatory Administration Aligned with the Royal philosophy of Bannakhuanlung School Under the Songkhla Primary Educational Area Service Office 2 The target group consisted of 37 teachers, selected through purposive sampling.
The research instruments included: a questionnaire on problems and needs for instructional supervision to enhance active learning management, document analysis forms, in-depth interview forms, active learning management skills assessment forms, evaluation questionnaires for accuracy, appropriateness, feasibility, and utility aspects, and satisfaction assessment forms. Statistical analyses employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings revealed that: 1) The problems and needs for instructional supervision to promote active learning management were at a high level; 2) The supervisory model to enhance active learning management consisted of 5 components: Component 1 - Principles of the model, Component 2 - Objectives of the model, Component 3 - Input factors, Component 4 - Management processes, and Component 5 - Outputs. The evaluation results of the supervisory model to enhance active learning showed an overall mean at the highest level (µ = 4.74, σ = 0.44); and 3) Teachers' active learning management was at a high level (µ = 4.42, σ = 0.54), and satisfaction was at a high level (µ = 4.47, σ = 0.52).
