The Four noble truths in Education is an important doctrine that the Lord Buddha discovered and taught. To release sentient beings from all suffering. And the Lok Niti poem is a collection of proverbs that aims to express the truth of life. To be a guideline for living life correctly

The teaching and learning process of Colong Lokaniti follows the four stages of logical reasoning. The first stage is the stage of suffering or problem identification. The second stage is the stage of reflection or hypothesis formulation. The third stage is the stage of anger or data collection through experimentation. And the fourth stage is the stage of resolution or conclusion. These steps are used to generate knowledge on their own through systematic analysis. This will help learners understand the content of Colong Lokaniti, which is a literary work that deeply portrays the realities of life and morality. It also applies the wisdom found in Colong Lokaniti to real-life scenarios in order to cultivate problem-solving skills and prepare for the rapidly changing present-day circumstances.
Phramaha Phichet Attanurakkee Phramaha Danchai Promsaeng Phramaha Sarawut Pooton Copyright (c) 2025 วารสารสันตยาภิวัฒน์ วัดหนองนกกด 2025-03-20 2025-03-20 3 2 289 309 MORAL AND ETHICAL PRINCIPLES IN MANAGEMENT EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR EFFICIENT DEVELOPMENT https://so16.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jswn/article/view/1459
This article studies the approach to using ethics in management to develop educational organizations effectively by instilling ethics in the educational process to prepare students and educational personnel to be quality citizens amidst the changes in the 21st century that have widespread impacts on society, politics, and the economy. New challenges such as economic uncertainty, technological changes, and environmental problems create the need for educational reform to be in line with the changing context. Integrating ethics into academic learning not only helps develop youth for the labor market but also helps promote peaceful and effective coexistence in society.

The application of morality and ethics is to enhance the quality learning environment and support the development of learners’ and personnel’s characteristics in educational institutions, namely: 1) The ten royal virtues help develop educational leaders to have morality, such as promoting a culture of giving and maintaining morality. 2) The principle of Nathakaranadhamma helps manage educational institutions by promoting unity and harmony. 3) The principle of Sanghavatthu is used to create participation and equality in schools. And 4) The principle of Sappurisadhamma emphasizes problem solving through the growth and development of students’ skills. Integrating these principles will help enhance educational efficiency and develop citizens to be of quality and have social awareness.
Jatuphoom Saenkham Phrasrivajiravarametee (Narin Burakorn) Ekachai Chotthaisong Copyright (c) 2025 วารสารสันตยาภิวัฒน์ วัดหนองนกกด 2025-03-20 2025-03-20 3 2 310 335 THAI CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN THE POST-COVID-19 ERA: ADAPTATION AND NEW NORMAL https://so16.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jswn/article/view/1565
The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected children and families in Thailand, altering daily routines, education, social interactions, and economic stability. This research is conducted by surveying documents, using a photocopy of the Pali Grammar textbook composed in Ariyaka script, which was graciously provided in 2022 by Phra Brahmasakyavamsavisuddhi, the assistant abbot of Wat Bowonniwet Vihara. The textbook is examined by analyzing its content, sequence of content, detail, and method of presentation, followed by a comparison with the other two Pali Grammar textbooks as mentioned above.

It is found that 1) the Pali Grammar textbook composed in Ariyaka script offers only a concise overview of two subjects: orthography and nouns. The latter is categorized into two subdivisions: general nouns (nāma) and a selection of irregular nouns (katipaya). It presents the characteristics of nouns, noun declension tables along with examples of words that share the same declension, and a summary of some grammatical rules presented in the form of verses, and 2) the textbook shares the similarities with Mūlakaccāyana in terms of contents, as well as with Compendious Pali Grammar with a copious Vocabulary in the same Language (1824) in terms of structure. i.e. the use of noun declension tables.
Phermpoon Honghern Sukanya Charoenwerakul Copyright (c) 2025 วารสารสันตยาภิวัฒน์ วัดหนองนกกด 2025-03-20 2025-03-20 3 2 276 288
