บทคัดย่อ
บทความฉบับนี้มุ่งอภิปรายพัฒนาการของนโยบายขยะอาหารและแนวโน้มของกฎหมายลดขยะอาหารในประเทศอังกฤษ ในช่วงระหว่างปี 2015 ถึง 2019 รวมทั้งแนวคิดการตรากฎหมายเพื่ออนุวัติการข้อบังคับว่าด้วยขยะของสหภาพยุโรป การเสนอแนะการลดขยะอาหารภาคบังคับ รายงานและข้อเสนอแนะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัญหาขยะอาหารในช่วงหลายปีที่ผ่านมา และมาตรการให้อำนาจหน่วยงานจัดการขยะอาหาร การอภิปรายในบทความฉบับนี้นำไปสู่บทสรุปว่าแนวคิดการลดขยะอาหารภาคบังคับจะมีผลอย่างไรและนำไปสู่การอภิปรายถึงผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนได้ในการปฏิรูปกฎหมายขยะอาหารในระยะยาว พร้อมกับชี้ให้เป็นถึงปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิรูปกฎหมายขยะอาหาร อีกทั้งยังวิเคราะห์ในประเด็นที่ว่าจะขจัดอุปสรรคในการปฏิรูปกฎหมายขยะอาหารได้อย่างไรหรือการพัฒนากฎหมายขยะอาหารควรเป็นไปเช่นไร
