<p>This paper concentrated on restructuring the institute’s governance framework at the Subnational administration (SNA) as unified administration structure is required for responsibility and work operation coordination. The function and resources are delegated from the central government to another level called Deconcentration and Transferred to the SNA called decentralization. The method applied in this research is the qualitative descriptive method. The data collection is carried out through observation and literature study. The analysis applies qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings show that the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has carried out democratic development under a decentralization policy which manages and controlling on organic law as administrative management of the commune/Sangkat (2001) and administrative management of the capital, province, municipalities, districts, and Khan(2008) for decentralization reform to unified administration at local administration for promoting efficiency in the delivery of public service to enhances accountability and involved with governance and administration, service delivery, fiscal decentralization, empowerment of local authorities, community participation, capacity building, equity, and inclusivity. The implementation of the organizational restructuring of RGC is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of RGC to support the essence structure Administration Environment Factor for the organizational restructuring are regulations and human resources development and management, while the inhibiting factors are the issuance time of the regulation and the placement of human resources.</p>Sokheang MENTith PHOYutthasart Norkaew

<p>This article Aiming to explain the design of campaign policies of political parties according to the Organic Act on Political Parties, B.E. 2018, it was found that before the 1997 Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand was promulgated, political parties were able to design election campaign policies effectively. be independent There are no regulations to enforce or define the policy boundaries of political parties. Until the emergence of an independent constitutional organization called the “Election Commission” which is a central organization that organizes the election process to ensure honesty and accuracy and has a role in determining various measures for Political parties must strictly comply with this. Later, after the promulgation of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, B.E. 2017, the Organic Act on Political Parties B.E. 2017, Section 57, stated that every policy with populist payments must be Prepare a list of explanations. “Election Commission” in order to control budget expenditures so that they do not exceed the balance and cause damage to the country from the use of public policies after political parties have successfully formed a government. It is considered one of the processes for efficiently overseeing national interests. However, such control may cause inequality in helping the people of the country as a whole. <p>This academic article focuses on exploring and analysing the challenges and needs of elderly and disabled groups in contemporary society. Emphasizing social innovation and human resource management (HRM), it addresses these needs effectively. This study highlights the creation of new opportunities and pathways for the full participation of these groups in society. The analysis underlines the significance of HRM in supporting social innovation, especially exploring HRM's role in fostering social innovation through various components such as recruitment and selection, policy and practice development, support and career development, and performance measurement and improvement. The study reveals that clear strategies and practices in HRM and social innovation can positively impact the elderly and disabled groups. Additionally, it paves the way for an inclusive and sustainable society by promoting participation and access to resources for these groups. This study not only collects and analyzes problems but also creates a knowledge base and practical guidelines that can guide the development and support of vulnerable groups. <p>The objectives of this research are: 1. To study the quality of life of personnel in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education department, Mueang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen Province. 2. To study suggestions for improving the quality of life in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education department, Mueang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen Province. The data were collected using questionnaires from personnel teaching in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education department, Mueang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen Province. A total of 97 participants were included in the analysis. The data were analyzed using statistics such as percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results show that the quality of life of the respondents, numbering 97 individuals, is at a high level. However, to further enhance and improve their quality of life, the study suggests the following areas for development: 1) Budget allocation, 2) Promotion of innovation usage skills, 3) Transparency and accountability, 4) Administrative attentiveness, and 5) Appropriateness of classroom size relative to the number of students. These five factors are considered critical in developing and improving the quality of life of personnel in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education department.</p> <p> </p>pongmanut deeod
