Human Rights Principle Review: Comparative study on Buddhism

Abstract

Although, Human rights was the well accepted principle to guaranteed, the manner of rights and freedom in which the states treat its people. Human rights was the western ideology which derived from the victory of the people against an unjust rulers. Western society holds Rule of law as a fundamental foundation of the fair society and was the good example of the how human dignity was recognized. However, by studying Buddhism, western society human rights faced the immoderate rightism issues such as in freedom of speech. This article indicate and consider the certain problem by comparing them to Buddhism doctrine.
