Abstract

The author of the article has an innovative leadership (Innovative Leadership) means a leader who has the ability to motivate or influence subordinates. To give subordinates an idea or motivation to develop innovation. From the above definition, it can be seen that In order to drive innovation in the organization Leaders play a very important role and consider the components of having a vision leading to change: 1) creating a change vision; (Formulating) 2) disseminating the vision (Articulating) 3) Implementing the vision (Implementing) and 4) being a good role model (Role model).
