Abstract

The research aims to study the exploratory factors of work-life balance for
employees in high performance organizations that study the components of work-life
balance of employees by using the statistics of exploratory factor analysis from 600 samples.
The research revealed that the exploratory factors of work-life balance consisted of 5
components namely (1) Working environment (2) Happy organization (3) Operational
knowledge improvement (4) Team work efficiency and (5) Time management.
