It is something that every state must have according to the principle of state sovereignty, which is the power of the state under international law that the state uses to govern its people and property. Makes the state have power over its territory in various areas. Whether it is legislative It is the enactment of laws, rules, regulations for use within the territory of one's state. It also has judicial power to control and inspect compliance according to those laws but to be a state, there must be an international society. It has social, economic, and political contacts with other states as well. Therefore, there is a balance of state power between countries to what extent. And can the state exercise power against other states?  For this reason, it is necessary to study international law regarding the balance of territory and the scope of power of states according to the principles of international law in order to gain a thorough understanding.
