Abstract
This academic article explains how the legal system changed throughout time, moving from traditional to contemporary legal codification. It highlights the interplay between the law and society in a number of ways. The four primary schools of legal philosophy are as follows: Natural Law College. emphasises the idea that morality and nature are the source of law. Humans inherently possess the right to justice and rights. Human rights are promoted by using this office.overhaul the legal system and build a just and equal society. According to the National Law Office, law is a creation of humans. without establishing a connection with nature or bringing about justice through the legal system strict enforcement of the law and the creation of laws that adapt to societal developments. The study of evolution and how history shapes legal systems is the main emphasis of the School of Legal History. applying historical ideas to the present in a fair and reasonable manner. and the study of the interaction between law and society is the main objective of the School of Legal Sociology.Law is viewed as a social construct and a means of bringing about social change. applications that encourage public involvement in legislative process and lessen social inequity. This study suggests that the social environment should be considered while applying different legal theories. and can support the advancement of justice Minimise disparities and successfully advance human rights in society So laws are more than just regulations that be executed. However, it also serves as a tool for modern individuals.
