Abstract

This research aim to create a light and sound performance to present the community identity of Nongbua subdistrict, Atsamart district, Roi et province and study suggestions about those. The method was brainstorming with 12 key informants and in-depth interview with 10 key informants. The result found that: The creating a light and sound performance to present community identity divide the process into 3 steps. Including the step of preparing for a performance, it is a workshop to select a community identity. That consists of community name, community occupation including traditions and performing arts of the community. The next is the action step and the actual performance step. As for suggestions about those, it was found that: the public was impressed and proud of that. Thay wanted it to be performed again on another occasion
