The Effectiveness of Academic Administration of Small Schools According to Teachers’ Opinions Under Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) study the effectiveness of academic administration in small schools according to the opinions of teachers under the Office of the Primary Education Service Area 2, Nong Khai, and (2) compare the effectiveness of academic administration in small schools according to the opinions of teachers under the Office of the Primary Education Service Area 2, Nong Khai, classified by gender, educational qualifications, and work experience. This study is quantitative research. The population is teachers in small schools under the Office of the Primary Education Service Area 2, Nong Khai, in the academic year 2022, totaling 260 people. The sample was randomly selected using the ready-made table of Krejcie & Morgan, resulting in a sample of 155 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.87. Data were analyzed using basic statistics, including mean and standard deviation. The test statistics were t-test and one-way F-test. The results of the study found that the effectiveness of academic administration in small schools according to the opinions of teachers under the Office of the Primary Education Service Area 2, Nong Khai, overall and in each aspect, had a high average of academic administration effectiveness. The results of the comparison of academic administration effectiveness found that teachers with different genders and educational qualifications had similar opinions on academic administration effectiveness. However, teachers with different work experience had different opinions on academic administration effectiveness, with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
