Effectiveness of academic administration in small educational institutions according to the opinions of teachers under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Nong Khai

Abstract

This research aims (1) to study the effectiveness of academic administration in small schools according to the opinions of teachers under the Office of the Primary Education Area 1, Nong Khai, and (2) to compare the effectiveness of academic administration in small schools according to the opinions of teachers under the Office of the Primary Education Area 1, Nong Khai, classified by gender, educational qualification, and work experience. This study is quantitative research. The sample group is teachers of small schools are 155 teachers. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using basic statistics, including mean and standard deviation. The test statistics are t-test, one-way F-test with variance. The results of the study found that the effectiveness of academic administration in small schools according to the opinions of teachers under the Office of the Primary Education Area 1, Nong Khai, as a whole and in each aspect, has a high average of academic administration effectiveness. The results of the comparison of academic administration effectiveness found that teachers with different genders and educational qualifications have no different opinions on academic administration effectiveness. However, their work experience has different opinions on academic administration effectiveness, with a statistical significance level of 0.05.
