ภาวะผู้นำด้านดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีในปัจจุบัน ส่งผลให้ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ต้องปรับเปลี่ยนบทบาทในการบริหารจัดการ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษา โดยเน้นการพัฒนาผู้บริหารให้มีความรู้และทักษะที่หลากหลายบทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบที่สำคัญของภาวะผู้นําด้านดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ วิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล การสื่อสารดิจิทัล การสร้างเครือข่ายเพื่อการเรียนรู้ การสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ดิจิทัล การพัฒนาวิชาชีพของบุคลากร และความคล่องตัวทางดิจิทัล ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่สามารถพัฒนาองค์ประกอบเหล่านี้ได้ จะมีศักยภาพในการปรับตัวและนำพาสถานศึกษาไปสู่ความสำเร็จในยุคดิจิทัลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
