Abstract
In today's world, which is full of rapid changes and uncertainties, the BANI World framework addresses the roles and competencies leaders must possess to guide organizations through swift and unpredictable transformations. This article explores and examines the essential qualities of leaders in the BANI era, emphasizing the importance of preparing to face challenging situations. It analyzes how to build and develop critical competencies such as resilience and recovery capacity, empathy and mindfulness, context assessment and adaptability, as well as transparency and intuition. These competencies serve as a roadmap for developing future leaders who are equipped to navigate organizations through change and challenges, ultimately leading to sustainable success in the BANI world.
