The Development of Supervision Process CPDDER Model to enhance O-NET Based Learning for Thai teachers in the inspector general's area Southern Provinces

Abstract

The purpose of this research for improve about supervision process by using CPDDER method and base on O-NET score case study for this research is Thai teacher and junior high school student in the inspector general's area Southern Provinces.  This research has 3 phases.  The first phase involved the supervision process. The second phase focused on implementing the supervision process. The third phase focused on teacher practice implementation of supervision process. The research instruments were 1) lesson plan analytical form  2) behavior analysis form for learning management 3) supervision process assessment form 4) documentary for improve learning management base on O-NET  5) opinion questionnaire  6) Quiz 7) lesson plan quality assessment form  8) behavior analysis form for learning management  9) teacher’s satisfaction assessment form and 10) student’s satisfaction  assessment form quantitative analysis and qualitative data analysis in content analysis.

The results showed that 1) Supervision Process CPDDER Model to enhance O-NET Based Learning which was included 6-steps as follows: 1) Check (Check-C, 2) Supervision Plan (Plan-P), 3) Supervision Tools Develop (Develop-D), 4) Do Supervision (Do-D), 5) Supervision Evaluate (Evaluate-E), and  6) Supervision results Report (Report-R) and the supervision process was the most suitable. 2) the experiment about supervision process showed that 2.1) the knowledge after using supervised was higher statistically significant at 0.1 level  2.2) lesson plan quality by using O-NET base in good level (= 3.11, S.D. = 0.18)  2.3) learning management by using O-NET base in good level ( = 3.19, S.D. = 0.14)  2.4) Teachers’ satisfaction supervision process was the highest level ( = 4.61, S.D. = 0.54) 2.5) the satisfaction’s students of learning management by using supervision process was the highest level. ( = 4.60, S.D. = 0.16)
