Factors Affecting the Professional Learning Community of Teachers Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong

Abstract
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the level of the professional learning community of teachers, 2) to study the level factors of the professional learning community of teachers, 3) to study factors affecting of the professional learning community of teachers under the secondary educational service area office Chonburi Rayong. The samples were 365 teachers and school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Chonburi Rayong. They were selected by a multi-stage sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The quantitative data were analyzed using mean (), standard deviation (S), and stepwise multiple regression analysis.The results of the study revealed that 1) the level of the professional learning community of teachers was at a high level. 2) The level factors of the professional learning community of teachers was at a highest level is motivation (), and a least level is organizational climate and culture (). 3) Factors affecting the professional learning community of teachers significantly at the 0.01 level; were motivation (
), organizational climate and culture (
), team collaboration (
), vision, mission, and values formulation (
), and academic transformational leadership (
) that collaborate on predicting the professional learning community of teachers under the secondary educational service area office Chonburi Rayong at 56.10 percent. The equation of the raw score and standard scores are as follows:
