Administrative Factors Affecting the Creation of a Happy Workplace Organization under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to: 1) examine school administration factors; 2) assess the creation of a happy workplace organization; 3) investigate administrative factors affecting the creation of a happy workplace; and 4) propose development guidelines for these factors under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat. The sample consisted of 341 school administrators and teachers selected via stratified random sampling, alongside five key informants for qualitative data. Research instruments included a 5-point rating scale questionnaire and structured interviews. Data analysis utilized percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.
The results indicated that 1) School administration factors were overall at the highest level, with budgeting ranking first, followed by management, information technology, leadership, and personnel development, respectively. 2) The creation of a happy workplace organization was overall at the highest level, particularly regarding good relationships, society, health, and empathy. 3) Budgeting, information technology, personnel development, and management significantly affected the creation of a happy workplace at the .01 level, jointly predicting 64 percent of the outcome. 4) Development guidelines suggest administrators emphasize transparent budgeting, utilize technology to reduce workload, develop personnel based on aptitude, and focus on shared management goals.
