Relationship Between Participatory Administration and Safety Management in Educational Institutions

Abstract

The Purposes of this Study Were to Study 1) The Level of Participatory Administration, 2) The Level of Safety Management, 3) The Relationship Between Participatory Administration and Safety Management. And 4) To Study the Recommendations and Management Guidelines in Cooperation with the Operation of School Safety in Accordance. The Sample Groups Consisted of Administrators, Teachers, and Board Members Totaling 254 People. Likert Scale Questionnaires for Opinion, and the Open-ended Questionnaires. Statistics Used in Data Analysis Were Arithmetic Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Content Analysis.

The Results of the were as follows:

1) Participatory Management is High Level. 

2) The Safety Management is Highly Level. 

3) The Relationship Between Participatory Administration and the Safety Management was Found to be Generally Related and Positively Correlated at a High Level, With a Correlation Coefficient of 0.746, Statistically Significant at the .01 Level.

4) Participatory Management Recommendations and Guidelines for School Safety Activities Must Create a Safe Physical Environment, Trainings, and Continuous Training on Contingency Plans. The Participation of Executives, Teachers, Staff, Students and Communities will be Made. As Well as Establishing a Safety Culture and Having a Systematic Safety Management System.
