The sample consisted of 306 teachers under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the 2024 academic year, obtained through two-stage proportional stratified random sampling based on school size, followed by simple random sampling using a lottery method. Quantitative data were collected using questionnaires, while qualitative data were gathered through structured interviews. Quantitative analysis was conducted using statistics included mean, standard deviation, t-test independent, One-way ANOVA, multiple comparisons using the LSD method.
The findings revealed that 1)the overall and every aspect of school organizational climate as perceived by teachers were at good levels. 2) Teachers with work experience, academic standing, and working in schools where administrators have different genders have different perceptions of the school's organizational climate, and 3) Problems and suggestions that can be used as guidelines for developing an appropriate organizational climate indicate that schools should focus on fostering warmth and supportive relationships between administrators and teachers. This should be accompanied by adjusting work standards to align with the school’s context and resources, as well as promoting constructive conflict management through open and transparent communication.
