Management of Academic Collaboration Networks of School Administrators Under the Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
This research is a quantitative research, independent study type. The objectives are 1) to study the management of academic cooperation networks, 2) to compare the management of academic cooperation networks, and 3) to compile recommendations for the management of academic cooperation networks of school administrators under the Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample consisted of 302 teachers. The stratified random sampling method was used according to the size of the school and simple random sampling by lot. The tool was a 5-level estimation questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.754. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test. Research Results: 1) The overall opinion analysis found that the level of agreement was at the highest level (=4.5487). When considering each aspect, it was found that most people had the highest level of agreement, with the vision setting aspect having the highest level (
=4.9811). The monitoring and evaluation aspect had the lowest mean value (
=4.0795). 2) The comparison results classified by educational qualifications, work experience, and school size revealed that teachers with different educational qualifications and school sizes had similar overall and individual opinions. Teachers with different work experiences had similar overall opinions. However, when considering each aspect, coordination had a significant difference at the .05 level. 3) The results of the compilation of suggestions revealed that the opinion on coordination had the highest frequency, accounting for 23.84 percent. It is recommended that a coordination system should be developed, using modern and diverse technology and communication channels to ensure speed, clarity, and facilitate the exchange of information and experiences among network members effectively.
