Factors Influencing the Success of Implementing The Action Plans of Provincial Education Offices In the Area of the Regional Education Office No.5

Abstract
This study aims to 1) examine the success of the action plans of the Provincial Education Offices in the Area of the Regional Education Office No.5, 2) Study the factors that influence the success of these action plans, and 3) propose recommendations and strategies to enhance future implementation of the action plans. Quantitative data were collected using questionnaires, while qualitative data were gathered through semi-structured interviews. Quantitative analysis was conducted using statistical methods such as frequency, percentage, mean, and multiple regression analysis, while qualitative data were analyzed through content analysis.
The results of the study indicated that 1) the results of the study indicated that 1) the overall success level of operational success was rated high, particularly in the dimensions of efficiency, service quality, and organizational development, 2) Factors influencing the implementation success included: (1) organizational structure appropriateness, (2) strategy clarity, and (3) leadership of administrators, 3) Suggestions and guidelines for achieving greater operational success in the future include restructuring the organization to align with its mission, eliminating redundant processes, enhancing operational agility, decentralizing decision-making authority, and leveraging information technology to improve efficiency. Clear and well-defined strategies should be formulated based on comprehensive data analysis and effectively implemented into actionable plans. Continuous monitoring and evaluation are vital to ensure ongoing progress and adaptability. Additionally, leadership development should be prioritized, with a focus on cultivating strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams, enabling the organization to thrive in complex and challenging environments.
