บทคัดย่อ
ในยุคปัจจุบันที่โลกเต็มไปด้วยความเปลี่ยนแปลงและความไม่แน่นอนในทุกมุมโลก BANI World เป็นกรอบแนวคิดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบทบาทและสมรรถนะที่ผู้นำต้องมีในการนำองค์กรผ่านการปรับตัวต่อสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วและไม่แน่นอน บทความนี้ผู้เขียนจะสำรวจและพิจารณาคุณสมบัติที่สำคัญของผู้นำในโลกยุค BANI โดยเน้นการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเผชิญกับสถานการณ์ที่ท้าทาย และวิเคราะห์ถึงวิธีการสร้างและพัฒนาสมรรถนะที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ความยืดหยุ่นและทักษะฟื้นตัว ความเข้าอกเข้าใจและคิดอย่างมีสติ การประเมินบริบทและปรับตัว และความโปร่งใสและการใช้สัญชาตญาณ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาผู้นำในอนาคตให้มีความพร้อมและสามารถนำองค์กรผ่านความเปลี่ยนแปลงและความท้าทายสู่ความสำเร็จอย่างยั่งยืนในโลกยุค BANI
