บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ 2) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ และ3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชลบุรี ระยอง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 365 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน ใช้เครื่องมือคือแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการจูงใจ และอันดับสุดท้าย คือ ด้านบรรยากาศและวัฒนธรรมองค์กร 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.01 คือ ปัจจัยด้านการจูงใจ () ปัจจัยด้านบรรยากาศและวัฒนธรรมองค์กร (
) ปัจจัยด้านการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม (
) ปัจจัยด้านการสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจและค่านิยม (
) และปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางวิชาการ (
) สามารถร่วมพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 56.10 โดยมีสมการคะแนนดิบ และคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้
