แนวทางการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในสถานศึกษา 2) สร้างและประเมินแนวทางการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักใช้วิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจงเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนคุณภาพ จำนวน 6 คน และกลุ่มผู้ประเมินแนวทาง ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ผู้รับผิดชอบแหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ ครูหัวหน้างานอาคารสถานที่และครูหัวหน้างานสิ่งแวดล้อม จำนวน 196 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างและแบบประเมินแนวทาง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแบบสร้างข้อสรุป
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1.1) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ 1.2) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ และ 1.3) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในชีวิตประจำวัน แต่ละด้านประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การวางแผนและจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงาน การนิเทศ ติดตามและประเมินผล และการสรุปและรายงานผล 2) ผลการสร้างแนวทางประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 2.1) ที่มาและความสำคัญ 2.2) วัตถุประสงค์ และ 2.3) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในสถานศึกษา และผลการประเมินแนวทาง พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ความเป็นไปได้ ความเหมาะสมและความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ตามลำดับ
