บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประเภทการค้นคว้าอิสระ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ 3) ประมวลข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการครู จำนวน 302 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ตามขนาดสถานศึกษา สุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยวิธีการจับสลาก เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.754 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ ผลการวิจัย 1) ผลการวิเคราะห์ความคิดเห็น โดยภาพรวม พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (=4.5487) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์อยู่ในระดับสูงที่สุด (
=4.9811) ด้านการติดตามผลและการวัดประเมินผล มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด (
=4.0795) 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงานและขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาและขนาดสถานศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็น ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน คือ ด้านการประสานงานมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 3) ผลการประมวลข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่า ความคิดเห็นด้านการประสานงาน มีค่าความถี่สูงสุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 23.84 เสนอว่า ควรพัฒนาระบบการประสานงาน การใช้เทคโนโลยีและช่องทางการสื่อสารที่ทันสมัยและหลากหลาย เพื่อความรวดเร็ว ชัดเจน สามารถอำนวยความสะดวกในการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและประสบการณ์ระหว่างสมาชิกภายในเครือข่ายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล
