วัฒนธรรมองค์กรของโรงเรียน สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดกระบี่

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของโรงเรียนตามทัศนะของครูสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในจังหวัดกระบี่ 2) เปรียบเทียบวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของโรงเรียนตามทัศนะของครูตามตัวแปร เพศ ระดับการศึกษา วิทยฐานะ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน เพศผู้บริหาร วิทยฐานะผู้บริหาร และขนาดของโรงเรียน และ 3) ศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของโรงเรียนตามทัศนะของครูกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ครู โรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดกระบี่ จำนวน 234 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ที่ความเชื่อมั่น 95 % สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิสัดส่วนและสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง .60 - 1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .994 และสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์แบบทีอิสระ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การเปรียบเทียบพหูคูณรายคู่โดยวิธี LSD และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) วัฒนธรรมองค์กรของโรงเรียนตามทัศนะของครู โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับดี 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของโรงเรียนตามทัศนะของครู ตามตัวแปร เพศ วุฒิการศึกษา ขนาดโรงเรียน เพศของผู้บริหาร วิทยฐานะผู้บริหาร โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนตัวแปรวิทยฐานะของครู และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานของครู โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .001 และ 3) ผลการศึกษาปัญหา พบว่า ปัญหาส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากการยอมรับและการมอบอำนาจไม่สามารถบริหารจัดการได้ และข้อเสนอแนะ ควรมีการสานสัมพันธ์ภายในองค์กรเพื่อลดความแตกต่างของบุคคล ลดความขัดแย้งและมีความเป็นธรรม
