THE DEVELOP READING COMPREHENSION ABILITIES OF MATHAYOMSUKSA 3 STUDENTS BY MANAGING LEARNING WITH THE KWL TECHNIQUE
Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the reading comprehension ability of Mathayomsuksa 3 students using the KWL teaching method; 3 Before and after learning management by KWL teaching method. The samples used in this research were Mathayomsuksa 3/9 students at Nakhon Khon Kaen School, Muang District, Khon Kaen Province. Under the Office of Basic Secondary Education Service Area, Khon Kaen Province who are studying in the first semester of the academic year 2022, number 1 class, totaling 38 students obtained from simple random sampling (Simple Random Sampling) by lottery method using the classroom as a random unit. The research tools consisted of Critical reading learning management plan using the KWL teaching method and the critical reading achievement test. Satisfaction questionnaire towards cooperative group learning management, KWL teaching method, statistics used, mean (X ̅) and standard deviation (S.D.), t-test (t-test). And not independent of each other (dependent).
The results showed that
- The ability of reading comprehension of Mathayomsuksa 3 students by learning management using the KWL method met the criteria of 80% 2. The reading comprehension ability of Mathayomsuksa 3 students before and after learning management using the KWL teaching method.
