MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER ACCORDING TO NATIONAL EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTER UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION OF LOPBURI PROVINCE

Abstract

        This research aims to 1) study the management level of child development centers according to the standards of the National Early Childhood Development Center 2) compare the management of the child development centers according to the standards of the National Early Childhood Development Center. When classified by gender, age, education level Status and size of child development centers and 3) Propose guidelines for managing child development centers according to national early childhood development center standards. The sample group in this research consisted of 257 people, consisting of 77 administrators and 180 teachers, obtained through stratified random sampling. The group of key informants from the focus group meeting was 10 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.94.

        The research results found that: 1) Management of child development centers according to national early childhood development center standards The overall picture is at a high level. 2) Comparative results of child development center management according to national early childhood development center standards. When classified by gender Educational status and size of child development centers were significantly different at the .05 level when classified by age had not different. and 3) Guidelines for managing child development centers according to the National Early Childhood Development Center standards Get the following guidelines: Increase the number of child care teachers sufficient to provide experiences for children to be physically healthy and use language to communicate appropriately according to their age, as well as encourage children to have morals, ethics and be good members of society.
