DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP INDICATORS FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE LOPBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

This research aimed to develop and validate innovative leadership indicators for school administrators under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group consisted of 300 school administrators and teachers from the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Classify the population as 61 School Administrators and 239 Teachers. The sample size was determined using the sampling formula by Hair et al. (2014), which specifies 20 times the number of variables. The sampling method used was Proportional Stratified Random Sampling.
The research instrument was a questionnaire. Quantitative data analysis was performed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) via the AMOS program to examine the fit of the developed structural model with the empirical data. The results revealed that the innovative leadership indicators consisted of six factors, ranked by factor loading (weight): Digital Intelligence, Information and communication technology, Creative Thinking, Team Builder, Risk Management, and Vision.
The model of indicators for a Study of innovative leadership among school administrators in the Lopburi primary educational service area office 2 was found to be a good fit with the empirical data, indicated by the following indices: ( ) = .695, df = 2, p = .706, Goodness-of-Fit Index (GFI) = .99, Adjusted Goodness-of-Fit Index (AGFI) = .99, Comparative Fit Index (CFI) = 1.00, and Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) = .00
