AGILE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE OFFICE OF SARABURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 2

The purpose of this article aims to 1) study the agile leadership of school administrators under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 2, and 2) compare the agile leadership of school administrators under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 2 classified by gender, age, position, education level, work experience in the position, and academic status. The population studied in this time was school administrators and teachers under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 2, academic year 2024, consisting of 156 school administrators and 1,315 teachers, totaling 1,471 people. The research sample used in this research, which calculated the sample size from the population by calculating from Yamane's formula, the sample size was set at the statistical significance level of 0.05, which was 314 people, obtained by stratified random sampling. The tools used were questionnaires with a reliability of 0.990. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Scheffe's paired mean test. The results of the research found that 1. the agile leadership of school administrators under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 2, overall, it is at the highest level and 2. A comparison of agile leadership of school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, classified by gender, age, position, education level, and work experience in the position, overall, it is significantly different at the .05 level. As for academic status, it was found that there is no difference.
