Abstract

"Hybrid Working" is a response to the dynamic changes in the global landscape. Through comprehensive data analysis and synthesis, it has been determined that hybrid working involves a combination of on-site office work and remote work. This fusion is facilitated through the effective utilization of information technology and communication tools. Hybrid working is dependent on three key success factors: technology, policies and regulations, and organizational support. It brings about several positive outcomes for employees, including enhanced flexibility in time management, increased happiness and job satisfaction, and a reduction in work-related stress. For organizations, the impact includes flexible resource management, cost savings related to office space, and improved preparedness for emergencies. As a result, hybrid working is gaining increasing popularity due to its multifaceted contributions to success and its advantageous implications for both employees and organizations.
