The objectives of this research were (1) to study the participatory academic management of school administrators according to the principles of the Dharma, 7 (2) to compare opinions on participatory academic management according to position. (3) Study of participatory academic management approach based on the principle of 7 samples, 265 administrators and teachers, and 5 key informants. Analyze data with descriptive statistics. t-test, F-test and content-based analysis
The results showed that (1) participatory academic management according to the principle of Dharma 7 was at a high level. In terms of learning resource management, the average is the highest. (2) There was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level according to education level and work experience, and (3) the key guidelines were to promote teacher participation in all processes. Develop a modern curriculum and systematically integrate the 7 principles of the Dharma.
