Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the effects of an exercise snacking program on cardiovascular and circulatory endurance in upper secondary school students. Two types of training programs were used: aerobic-based and anaerobic-based exercise snacking. The sample consisted of 30 students from the Demonstration School of Srinakharinwirot University, randomly assigned into two groups of 15 participants each. Cardiovascular and circulatory endurance was assessed using the Multistage Fitness Test (Beep Test). Data were analyzed using dependent t-tests and one-way repeated measures ANOVA.

The findings indicated that both groups showed significantly improved endurance after training compared to pre-training levels. The aerobic group achieved higher mean scores than the anaerobic group, with a statistically significant difference (t = 2.45, p < .05).
