The objectives of this research were to (1) study the digital leadership of school administrators, (2) study the information technology competency of teachers, and (3) study the relationship between digital leadership of school administrators and information technology competency of teachers in educational institutions. The sample group consisted of 327 civil servants and teachers from 41 schools using the Stratified Random Sampling method. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. The results show that the overall digital leadership of school administrators is at a high level. Covering digital literacy Communication, Vision, Digital Culture, and Corporate Development The overall information technology competency of teachers is at a high level, covering the use of basic technology ethical use.
The results of the study reflect that digital leadership is an important factor in driving educational organizations in the digital era, especially in strengthening teachers' capacity to adapt and use technology effectively. The results of the study can be used to formulate policies, develop work plans, and guide the sustainable development of educational personnel in the context of the digital world.
