The questionnaire was developed as a research tool to collect information on natural disaster management and was used in connection with the results of a synthesis of board game design elements, which led to the development of a natural disaster management board game prototype for youth. Data were collected from 233 business administration students who enrolled in management courses taught by one of the researchers. Two-hundred and three agreed to participate and complete the questionnaire via Google Form. After linking the results of the two parts of the analysis, a prototype board game was created, which consisted of the board of total of 48 squares (including starting and victory points). Sixty Game Cards for 6 different situations were included. This board game can be played by 2-4 people. This board game only focuses on providing knowledge about managing natural disasters, including floods, earthquakes, and storms and the play rules of board game are clearly defined.
