MANAGEMENT BY THE SCHOOL SAFETY POLICY OF THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR OF NAN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

This research aimed to: 1) study the safety policy management of school administrators under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 2) compare the safety policy management of school administrators under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by gender, educational background, experience, and school size. The sample group consisted of 102 school administrators under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, selected by simple random sampling using the Krejcie and Morgan table. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe's paired comparison method.
The research findings were as follows: 1) The overall safety policy management in educational institutions by school administrators under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level in all aspects, ranked in the following order: the highest mean score was for suppression measures, followed by cultivation measures, and prevention measures, respectively. 2) The comparison results of safety policy management by school administrators under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by gender showed that administrators of different genders had no significant differences in overall safety policy management and in each aspect. When classified by educational level, there was no overall difference, but when analyzed by individual aspects, prevention measures showed a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. When classified by work experience, school administrators with different work experiences showed no significant differences in overall safety policy management and in each aspect. When classified by school size, schools of different sizes showed statistically significant differences in overall safety policy management and in each aspect at the 0.05 level.
