GUIDELINES FOR BLENDED LEARNING MANAGEMENT COMBINED WITH ACTIVE LEARNING

Currently, technology plays a crucial role in the development of education. The integration of blended learning with active learning approaches serves as a strategy to enhance the skills and learning processes of students both in the classroom and through online media. The purpose of this article is to present the approach to blended learning with active learning as follows:
- Study of blended learning management, which is the integration of face-to-face learning in the classroom and online learning. Using computer technology The instructor directs the learning management. Emphasizing good techniques and methods of face-to-face learning that promote social skills and online learning through learning channels and available technological media.
- Study active learning is the organization of teaching and learning that emphasizes students to think and act on their own. During the activity, students interact with both instructors and classmates to summarize knowledge together. It connects knowledge with experience, allowing students to learn about the learning process along with learning the content.
- Blended learning management approach combined with active learning: Face-to-face instruction is organized in the classroom and online in proportion to the blended format. 70 percent and online teaching and learning. 30% can be divided into 3 components: 1) location 2) teaching materials and 3) teaching management with 6 stages of active learning: 1) motivation 2) teaching 3) knowledge seeking 4) knowledge creation 5) Knowledge application 6) Appreciation
