A STUDY ON INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER KHONKAEN PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 5

This research aims to: 1) study the level of innovative leadership among administrators under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5, 2) compare the innovative leadership of administrators under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5, classified by education level, position, and work experience, and 3) explore approaches to developing innovative leadership among administrators under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5. The sample group in this study consisted of 325 administrators and teachers. The sampling method used stratified random sampling, with districts as strata. The research instruments included a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.956 and a semi-structured interview. The statistical analysis employed descriptive statistics, inferential statistics for hypothesis testing, and content analysis.
The research results found that:
- The level of innovative leadership of school administrators in the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Office Area 5 is at a high level overall.
- A comparison of innovative leadership of school administrators according to the opinions of administrators and teachers of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 found that classification by education level and classification by position were not different overall. As for classification by work experience, it was found that overall and in each aspect, there were statistically significant differences at the 0.01 level.
- Guidelines for developing innovative leadership of school administrators of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 found that school administrators should be leaders in technology, support and encourage teachers and educational personnel to create new innovations, and push for schools to become innovative organizations with an environment conducive to learning.
