THE CAUSAL RELATIONSHIP MODEL OF ADAPTIVE LEADERSHIP OF ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING THE PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY IN SCHOOLS UNDER LOEI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA

The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the lever adaptive leadership and the level of professional learning community in schools, 2) To validate a goodness of fit of the causal relationship model of adaptive leadership affecting professional learning community in schools that this research developed from the theory with empirical data, 3) Study the influences of adaptive leadership affecting the professional learning community in schools. The samples consisted of 55 administrators, 595 teachers, a total of 620 samples. Using stratified sampling. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire. The reliability coefficient of adaptive leadership variable obtaining a reliability coefficient of 0.980 and professional learning community in schools was 0.983. The statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, The Pearson correlation coefficient, and statistic of the structural equation model (SEM) by using Jamovi. The research results were;
- All aspect and each aspect of level of adaptive leadership of school administrators were at the high level. and each aspect of level of professional learning community in schools were at the high level.
- The causal relationship model of adaptive leadership affecting professional learning community in schools that this research developed from the theory with empirical data was fitted as practical statistic values ; χ2=41.351, df=29, χ2/df=1.426, P–value=0.064, RMSEA=0.026, SRMR=0.011, CFI=0.997, TLI=0.996
- The influence of adaptive leadership affecting the professional learning community in schools found that there were the total influence and direct positive influence of innovative leadership was 0.7281, at the 0.01 level of significant. The variable of the adaptive leadership in model can be described the variability of professional learning community in schools was 61.1 percent.
